 Growing up, the word glow hypnotised me. I always wanted to be that girl who glows! I'd struggled with acne for over 10 years so yes I wanted that healthy skin glow, but I also wanted that glow of body confidence and of vitality!

I was a shy, extremely self conscious teenager + what you could call a 'late bloomer'. But as I became an expert in wellness, becoming a personal trainer, then life coach + now multi certified holistic coach, the word glow went from just something stuck on my vision board, to the most common compliment I receive!

But that glow didn't come from a medicated skin cream and a one size fits all workout plan...

 

It came down to these four things:

✨ Designing a personalised fitness regime that made real change by restructuring my body composition + that I actually LOVED!

✨ Healing my nervous system + balancing my hormones

✨ Eating a glow boosting diet of nutrient rich food

✨ Shifting the limiting perceptions I had on myself


and most importantly, creating a glow boosting LIFESTYLE, that has become a natural way of life - not a fad I must force myself to maintain


I’m Leela,

I’m a life coach and personal trainer who’s been featured in Cosmopolitan, UK health radio and been awarded ‘fitness influencer of the year’ by Blogosphere in 2019. I’ve worked as a coach for over 7 years and have now worked with almost 100 women to help them transform their health, fitness + wellness! So, now I’ve created RADIANT to coach you to get the glow you’ve always wanted.
